Originally, Silvia Koller and Heinz Stüssi planned to set up a Hotel or Restaurant. After searching for several months they were offered the unique possibility of purchasing a 30 hectare plot of land in a beautiful place by the sea. The couple did not hesitate and plunged into this challenge. The place and its infrastructure caused them to "fall in love at first sight" and it was thus that the idea of this project came up: a holiday resort and dwelling place: "Paraíso Suizo".

In this area, which is in itself very harmonious, you can build all types of houses to cater for all your wishes regarding lifestyle or type of construction, even adapted to your personality. You may choose the construction style, size and quality.
